Strength Training for BJJ Workout (4 months after ACL reconstruction)

Hey guys, I am pumped for my workout today. I am going to do some strength training and BJJ drills.

Strength Workout

Squats 345lb 3 sets of 5
Press 150 3 sets of 5
Power Clean 185 3 sets of 3
Pull Ups 3 x 10

BJJ Drills
Tonight I am just going to do a few bjj drills with my girlfriend for 200 reps.

I can’t wait to get back to proper training BJJ. Only about a month to go!
